I'm sorry you were affected by this bug in our system. I've seen it a few times, but I've been having difficulty tracking down the cause, so I could use your help, if it's not too much trouble.

I would be easier for me to reproduce the error if I could get a copy of the image from you. My e-mail is dt [at] biographicon [dot] com.


It would also help me to know if:

1) Uploading a different image works.
2) There are any special characters in the filename, like accented or non-roman characters.
3) It's a format other than JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP.
